Understanding our health and wellness products starts with knowing where their ingredients come from. It also means learning how these ingredients are processed.
On October 12, Trevenodd Corporation visited a lagundi farm and the ISI E-BEAM facility in Tanay, Rizal. During the visit, the team learned more about growing and processing lagundi, a medicinal plant used in our Plemex product line.
Additionally, the visit highlighted the importance of working closely with the people who grow and supply our natural ingredients. Through these interactions, Trevenodd continues to deepen its understanding of the processes behind its products.
Beyond the farm, the team visited ISI E-BEAM in Tanay, Rizal. There, they learned about Electron Beam (E-Beam) technology and its use in sterilization and microbial reduction.
ISI E-BEAM is recognized as the Philippines’ first commercial-scale 10 MeV electron beam facility. The facility uses controlled beams of high-energy electrons to reduce harmful microorganisms.
During the tour, the team learned how Electron Beam (E-Beam) technology processes raw materials, including lagundi. Additionally, the team explored how this technology supports modern processing methods.
Vietnam-based Radtech supplied the technology used at the facility. This visit highlighted the role of advanced processing solutions in the Philippine market.
At Trevenodd Corporation, we aim to make nature-based health solutions accessible to Filipino households. To achieve this, we also need to understand the ingredients and processes behind our products.
Each step helps us strengthen our commitment to product quality and excellence. Moreover, visits like these allow us to learn from the people, practices, and innovations behind our products.
Through continued learning, we hope to bring our products to more communities across the Philippines.
